Look for the favourite items online and pick them up conveniently from the Unifree Duty Free shop in the airport on the day of your departure.

What are the conditions for using the Click & Collect service?

You need a valid flight ticket with flight number and departure date and must be at least 18 years of age. 

You can pre-order online max. 3 days before and up to 6 hours before your flight and pick up your purchase in the Unifree Duty Free shop at Istanbul airport.

Where to find my flight number?

You may find your flight number on your boarding pass, the booking confirmation of your airline or your travel agency as well as on the departure schedule of Istanbul airport.

At which airports can I use the Click & Collect service?

The Unifree Click & Collect service is available to use for the Istanbul airport.

How many items can I place on reserve? Are there any restrictions or quantity restrictions for certain articles?

You can shop within the purchasing limits specified in accordance with the customs rules of the Republic of Türkiye. We are happy to provide you a PDF document with all necessary information about the allowances per passenger for arrival duty free shopping and departure duty free shopping at Istanbul airport.

Can I collect my Click & Collect order also after arrival?

Yes, you can choose whether you want to pick up your items before departure or after arrival.

I have not received a reservation confirmation. What now?

Naturally, we'd like it all to run smoothly. If you haven't received an order confirmation, our customer service is available to help you further.

When do I pay for the reserved items?

Simply pay for your pre-ordered items when you pick them up at the Unifree shop at the airport. The price at the cash desk shall apply.

What means of payment are available to me?

When collecting your ordered items, you can pay in the shop either with your credit card or in cash and in almost any currency. Our current payment options are Mastercard, Visa, MobilePay and Apple Pay.

How long before the flight can I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation at any time in your account under "Orders" and even on the spot in the shop.

My flight date or gate has changed. What do I have to do?

Please contact our customer service to have your pick-up date changed accordingly, or to find a new pick-up location in case of a gate change.
