How can I return an item?
You may purchase the products from our shop with your own boarding pass for departure and passport for arrival stores. Regarding to our operation, all of our saling details have to be declared to the Custom at the end of every day. Therefore, the products cannot be stocked off without selling and can not be stocked in if already had been sold.
Since the Unifree shops are operated in a Duty-Free zone, we are unable to change or refund the products according to the Consumer Rights and Customs Zone Rules. Therefore, the final control of the purchased products is your responsibility as a customer.
In light of the above, we are unable to change or refund the products according to the provisions of the Consumer Rights of Turkish Republic code number 6502 and Customs Regulations code number 4458 unless there is a manufacturing defect.
