The website provides a Click & Collect service via the online platform unifree-shop.com. Take advantage of the opportunity to make a non-binding reservation on products in one of our Unifree Duty Free shops at the airport and purchase in person at our store at a convenient time.

The following contains our general terms and conditions for the Click and Collect. 

Please read through these general terms and conditions, as well as our data protection statement, carefully.

Section I: General provisions

  1. Scope
    1. The general terms and conditions set out below apply to your registration as a customer in the Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect online platform, your use of the website (see sections I and III) and your use of the Click & Collect service (see sections I, II and III).

 

  1. Registration, account, access data
    1. To register in the Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect online platform and be able to use Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect service, you must be at least 18 years old.
    2. You guarantee that the information that you submit to Unifree during registration is accurate, correct and complete, and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to this information.
    3. Each user is permitted to create one account only. But you also have the option to Click & Collect as a guest, without the creation of an account.
    4. As a user, you are not permitted to give third parties access to the access data for your account in the Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect online platform. This is to ensure that no third parties can misuse your account.
    5. You hereby acknowledge that you are responsible for each time that your user name and password is used to access the Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect online platform, as far as this was caused by at least negligent acts or omissions.
    6. If you lose your user name and password, these are stolen or you realise that your account has been used by a third party without your knowledge, you must contact us and change your password as soon as possible.

 

  1. Pre-Order process
    1. You can pre-order the products available at unifree-shop.com in your pre-order cart for the Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect service. You can see and change your selection of items at any time before the Click & Collect is dispatched.
    2. You are permitted to use our Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect service only if you accept the general terms and conditions by clicking on the "Accept GTC" button.

 

  1. Image rights and trademarks
    1. All image rights and trademarks are held by Unifree Duty Free or its partners. Use without express permission is prohibited.

 

Section II: Specific conditions for use of our Click & Collect service

  1. Click & Collect and confirmation of receipt
    1. If, during the pre-order process (clause 3), you click on "[Click & Collect Button]", your Click & Collect is deemed to be a request to us to make the goods available at the designated cash desk at the Unifree Duty Free physical shop. The pre-order process does not create any legal obligation. 
    2. The pre-order must be made between 3 days and 6 hours before the flight departure time for us to consider it.
    3. After your Click & Collect has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which contains the pre-order data and provides you with a pre-order number. This confirmation is for informative purposes only and does not constitute a binding obligation on either party. This is therefore no guarantee that the Click & Collected items shall be at the cash desk of the Unifree Duty Free shop that you have selected or have same images and/or packaging and/or have the same prices as displayed on the Click & Collect online platform.  We do not guarantee and we do not make any representation that the we have the stock for pre-ordered goods or the price you see on the Click & Collect online platform is correct.   
    4. The purchase for pre-ordered goods shall take place at the designated cash desk at the physical store of Unifree Duty Free at the prices listed in the physical store and subject to the terms and conditions and applicable rules and regulations valid at the physical store at the time of purchase.
    5. According to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, there is no right of withdrawal for products purchased from stores and the Law does not impose on us as the seller of such products to accept returns or exchanges.  Once you purchase physically at our store, this constitutes a sale in person, in cash.  Accordingly, it is your obligation to control the goods before you purchase them in person at our store.
    6. All sales shall be made in accordance with the applicable Turkish laws including the Customs Laws and the disclosures and statements available at the store and the airport.  

6. Cancellation/change

6.1. Once you have checked pre-order composition and item provision at the the cash desk, you will receive a Click & Collect confirmation by e-mail. Confirmation contains the pre-order number, a guide to the cash desks and a link to your personal customer area, where you can call up the pre-order status at any time.

6.2. If the price of the item is lower or higher at the cash desk than the confirmed item price in the Click & Collect confirmation, this cash desk price shall be valid. 

6.3. We have the right not to apply any promotions valid at the shop to your purchase.

6.4. We will try to but are not obliged to inform you if it seems that the item that you have pre-ordered is not available or price of item has an error . If only part of your pre-order is available, the Click & Collect confirmation applies to the pre-order of those available items. 

6.5. You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time. We will  try to confirm cancellation by e-mail. Changes are unfortunately not possible. 

6.6. You are in no circumstances obliged to purchase the Click & Collected items.  

6.7. The pre-order shall not be applicable following the flight departure time.

7. No obligation created

7.1. The sale contract is only formed, when you purchase in cash at our physical store the Click & Collected goods at the designated cash desk [in the Unifree Duty Free shop that you have selected].  These terms and conditions do not stipulate an obligation to sell the goods on us, or an obligation to purchase the goods on you.  This pre-order is for convenience only, and does not regulate sale of any good.   

7.2. The price for the pre-ordered goods listed in the Click & Collect confirmation is due for payment upon purchase at our physical store at the designated cash desk [in the Unifree Duty Free shop that you have selected].

7.3. Payment is possible in cash or by  credit card or NFC payment  at our cash desk.

7.4. Payments can be made only at the designated cash desk; no payments can be made on the website.

7.5. There may be restrictions and rules arising from customs legislation regarding the products (both in terms of the country of purchase and the country of destination). It is your responsibility to comply with these restrictions and rules, and pre-order does not create a right in favor of the consumer.

Section III: Final provisions

8. Governing law
 These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

 

9.Complaints
 If you wish to file a complaint regarding your pre-order, you are always welcome to contact us.

  1. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions or discontinue the Click & Collect service and the relevant online platform, from time to time, and if you continue to use it, you accept the updated terms and conditions.

Bölüm I: Genel hükümler

  1. Kapsam
    1. Aşağıda belirtilen genel hüküm ve koşullar, Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect çevrimiçi platformumuza müşteri olarak kaydınız, web sitesi kullanımınız (bkz. Bölüm I ve III) ve Click & Collect hizmeti kullanımınız (bkz. Bölüm I, II ve III) için geçerlidir.
  2. Kayıt, hesap, erişim verileri 
    1. Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect çevrimiçi platformuna kaydolmak ve Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect hizmetini kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız.
    2. Kayıt sırasında Unifree’ye sunduğunuz bilgilerin doğru, tam ve eksiksiz olduğunu ve bu bilgilerdeki herhangi bir değişikliği tarafımıza derhal bildireceğinizi garanti edersiniz.
    3. Her kullanıcının yalnızca bir hesap oluşturmasına izin verilir. Ancak, bir hesap oluşturmadan da misafir olarak Click & Collect hizmetinden yararlanma seçeneğine sahipsiniz.
    4. Bir kullanıcı olarak, Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect çevrimiçi platformu hesabınızın erişim verilerine üçüncü tarafların erişimine izin veremezsiniz. Bu, üçüncü tarafların hesabınızı kötüye kullanmasını önlemek içindir.
    5. Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect çevrimiçi platformuna kullanıcı adınız ve şifreniz kullanılarak sağlanan her erişimden, asgari olarak ihmalkâr eylemler veya ihmallerden kaynaklandığı ölçüde sorumlu olduğunuzu kabul etmektesiniz.
    6. Kullanıcı adınızı ve şifrenizi kaybederseniz, bunlar çalınırsa veya hesabınızın bilginiz dışında üçüncü bir tarafça kullanıldığını fark ederseniz, bizimle iletişime geçmeli ve şifrenizi mümkün olan en kısa sürede değiştirmelisiniz.
  3. Ön Sipariş Süreci
    1. Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect hizmeti için unifree-shop.com adresinde bulunan ürünleri ön sipariş sepetinize ekleyebilirsiniz. Click & Collect gönderilmeden önce ürün seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman görüntüleyebilir ve değiştirebilirsiniz. 
    2. Unifree Duty Free Click & Collect hizmetimizi yalnızca “GHK'yi Kabul Et” düğmesine tıklayarak genel hüküm ve koşulları kabul etmeniz halinde kullanabilirsiniz.
  4. Görsel haklar ve ticari markalar
    1. Tüm görüntü hakları ve ticari markalar Unifree Duty Free veya ortaklarına aittir. Açık izin olmadan kullanılması yasaktır.

Bölüm II: Click & Collect hizmetimizin kullanımı için özel koşullar

  1. Click & Collect ve makbuz onayı
    1. Ön sipariş işlemi sırasında (madde 3) “[Click & Collect Butonu]”na tıklarsanız, Click & Collect işleminiz, ürünleri Unifree Duty Free fiziksel mağazasında belirlenen kasada hazır bulundurmamız için bize yapılan bir talep olarak kabul edilir. Ön sipariş süreci herhangi bir yasal yükümlülük oluşturmaz. 
    2. Ön siparişin dikkate alınabilmesi için uçuş kalkış saatinden en fazla 3 gün önce ve en az 6 saat önce yapılmış olması gerekir.
    3. Click & Collect işleminiz tamamlandıktan sonra, e-posta ile ön sipariş verilerini içeren ve size ön sipariş numarası veren bir alındı onayı alacaksınız. Bu onay yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve her iki taraf için de bağlayıcı bir yükümlülük teşkil etmez. Bu nedenle, Click & Collect ürünlerinin seçtiğiniz Unifree Duty Free mağazasında mevcut olacağı, aynı görüntülere ve/veya ambalaja sahip olacağı ve/veya Click & Collect çevrimiçi platformunda gösterilen fiyatlarla aynı olacağı garanti edilmez. Önceden sipariş edilen ürünler için stoğumuzun olduğunu veya Click & Collect çevrimiçi platformunda gördüğünüz fiyatın doğru olduğunu garanti etmiyoruz. 
    4. Önceden sipariş edilen mallar için satın alma işlemi, Unifree Duty Free'nin fiziksel mağazasındaki belirlenmiş kasada, fiziksel mağazada listelenen fiyatlarla ve satın alma sırasında fiziksel mağazada geçerli olan hüküm ve koşullar ile geçerli kural ve düzenlemelere tabi olarak gerçekleştirilecektir.
    5. Mağazalardan satın alınan ürünler için 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun uyarınca cayma hakkı bulunmamakta ve Kanun, bu ürünlerin satıcısı olarak bize iade veya değişim kabul etme yükümlülüğü getirmemektedir. Mağazamızdan fiziksel olarak satın aldığınızda, bu şahsen ve nakit olarak bir satış teşkil eder. Buna göre, mağazamızdan şahsen satın almadan önce malları kontrol etmek sizin yükümlülüğünüzdür.
    6. Tüm satışlar, Gümrük Kanunları da dahil olmak üzere yürürlükteki Türk kanunlarına ve mağazada ve havaalanında bulunan açıklama ve beyanlara uygun olarak yapılacaktır.

 

  1. İptal/değişiklik
    1. Kasada ön sipariş içeriğini ve ürün tedarikini kontrol ettikten sonra, e-posta ile bir Click & Collect onayı alacaksınız. Onay, ön sipariş numarasını, kasalara ilişkin bir rehberi ve ön sipariş durumunu istediğiniz zaman görüntüleyebileceğiniz kişisel müşteri alanınıza bir bağlantı içerir.
    2. Kasadaki ürünün fiyatı, Click & Collect onayında teyit edilen ürün fiyatından daha düşük veya daha yüksek ise, kasa fiyatı geçerli olacaktır. 
    3. Mağazada geçerli herhangi bir promosyonu, satın alma işleminize uygulamama hakkına sahibiz.
    4. Ön sipariş verdiğiniz ürünün mevcut olmadığı veya ürünün fiyatında bir hata olduğu anlaşılırsa sizi bilgilendirmeye çalışacağız ancak buna konuda bir yükümlülüğümüz yoktur. Ön siparişinizin sadece bir kısmı mevcutsa, Click & Collect onayı mevcut olan ürünlerin ön siparişi için geçerlidir.
    5. Ön siparişinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal etme hakkına sahipsiniz. İptal işlemini e-posta ile teyit etmeye çalışacağız. Ne yazık ki değişik yapılması mümkün değildir.
    6. Hiçbir koşulda Click & Collect ürünlerini satın almak zorunda değilsiniz. 

 

  1. Ön siparişiniz, uçuş kalkış saatinden sonra geçerli olmayacaktır.

 

  1. Yükümlülük oluşmaması
    1. Satış sözleşmesi, yalnızca Click & Collect ürünlerini fiziksel mağazamızda [seçtiğiniz Unifree Duty Free mağazasında] belirlenen kasadan nakit olarak satın aldığınızda kurulur. Bu hüküm ve koşullar, malları bize satma yükümlülüğü veya size malları satın alma yükümlülüğü getirmez. Bu ön sipariş yalnızca kolaylık sağlamak içindir ve herhangi bir malın satışını düzenlemez.
    2. Click & Collect onayında listelenen ön siparişe tabi malların bedeli, fiziksel mağazamızda [seçtiğiniz Unifree Duty Free mağazasında] belirlenen kasada satın alma sırasında ödenecektir.
    3. Ödeme, kasamızda nakit, kredi kartı veya NFC ödeme ile mümkündür.
    4. Ödemeler yalnızca belirlenen kasada yapılabilir; web sitesi üzerinden ödeme yapılamaz.
    5. Ürünlerle ilgili (hem satın alınan ülke hem de varış ülkesi açısından) gümrük mevzuatından kaynaklanan kısıtlamalar ve kurallar olabilir. Bu kısıtlama ve kurallara uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır ve ön sipariş tüketici lehine bir hak oluşturmaz.

     Bu hüküm ve koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
  2. Şikayetler
     Ön siparişinizle ilgili bir şikayette bulunmak isterseniz, bizimle her zaman iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
