Unifree Duty Free App FAQ

The Unifree Duty Free app is your perfect travel companion: You can access your order status, your digital Unifree & Me card, the latest offers, airport maps and much more at any time. 

No. You only have to register once – either on the online store or in the app.

Your digital Unifree & Me card can be used offline. However, you won’t be able to access our online store without an Internet connection. 

You can change your password by clicking on More / Profile / User Data.

Please make sure you’re attempting to log in with the email address and password you used to register with us. You may need to reset your password, or you might have to complete the registration process by clicking on the link in the verification email. Just follow the instructions shown in the app window.

The app needs to access your camera to enable the use of the integrated product scanner. Scanning a bar code will give you more information about the product, and you can even add the item to your shopping basket.
