Collect Me
How does Collect Me work?
With Collect Me, you receive one loyalty point for each Euro you spend when making your purchase. If you reach or exceed one of the following point thresholds at the end of the year, you'll receive a loyalty bonus:
From 200 loyalty points = € 10 loyalty bonus
From 500 loyalty points = € 25 loyalty bonus
From 1,000 loyalty points = € 50 loyalty bonus
To earn loyalty points, simply show your Unifree x ME card or app at the checkout. Of course you can also collect Collect Me points at unifree-shop.com - please enter your Unifree x ME card number in your user account.
During which time period can I collect points?
You can collect points from January 1st to December 31st of each calendar year.
Can I collect points on all articles?
You cannot collect points on tobacco products, return-deposit, Apple products, print media, book articles and shopping bags. In Norway and Turkiye, you cannot collect points for alcoholic beverages either.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Yes, the loyalty points expire at the end of every calendar year.
Where can I collect points?
You can collect points in all Heinemann Duty Free, Unifree Duty Free, Tax Free or Travel Value Shops in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Norway, Hungary and Turkiye as well as in participating cruiseliner shops (Mein Schiff 1 - 6, Mein Schiff Herz, MS Deutschland, MS Europa, MS Europa 2, MS Amadea, MS Amera, MS Artania, HANSEATIC inspiration, HANSEATIC nature, HANSEATIC spirit, AROYA). You can also collect points when shopping online in one of our webshops.
Please note that the Heinemann x ME program is known as Unifree x ME in Istanbul and as Tax Free & Me in Norway. All member cards are accepted equally everywhere.
What happens to the collected points if I want to return my purchased product?
Your current point balance will be reduced by the returned amount.
When do I receive my loyalty bonus?
If you have reached or exceeded one of the three given point thresholds at the end of the year, you will receive your loyalty bonus in the form of a voucher at the beginning of the following year.
How long is my loyalty bonus valid?
Your loyalty bonus coupon is valid for one year from the date of receipt and can be redeemed once.
Can I redeem my loyalty bonus on all products?
Yes. Excluded are reduced items, special offers, jewellery goods in the cruiseliner shops, tobacco products, return-deposit, print media, book articles, shopping bags and gift cards. Further local exceptions can be found in our detailed coupon conditions: unifree-shop.com/coupons
Where can I find my current point total?
You can find your current point total in your member profile on unifree-shop.com. You can also see your point total in the Unifree app, which you can download and set up at any time.
Can loyalty points also be credited later on after my purchase?
Yes, in most cases loyalty points can also be added subsequently. For further information, please contact our customer service department via email: service[@]unifree-shop.com.
Member Price
How do I receive the Member Price?
To receive the Member Price, you need to be logged in as a Unifree x ME member. In our airport shops, please show your Unifree x ME card or app at the checkout.
Where can I buy products at the Member Price?
Generally, Member Prices are offered in most of our airport shops in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Denmark, Norway and Turkiye and at unifree-shop.com. However, the Member Price products vary depending on the location and change every two to three months.
Other benefits & vouchers
How often am I permitted to use partner benefits?
The validity scope of each local partner benefit is defined individually (for whom, how long, how often, etc.). The service can be used at any time if no restrictions are defined.

Does the Unifree x ME membership have an age restriction?
Yes. Since we also advertise alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in our shops, members must be at least 18 years old.
